Usage Agreement

'Birth' of RipAthena's - a short intro

Disclaimer: All graphics here are for use on non-profit personal sites and may not be used in connection with any money making venture unless express written permission is granted by the artist. Wrestling themed graphics contain characters which are the property of WWFE/Titan Sports, and again may not be used in any money making venture without the express written consent of the WWFE/Titan Entertainment group.

Ok, so you want to make a web site of your own - no shame in that, that's how we got started. Or maybe you are the type of person who wants some "raw material" to work with in your photo manipulation program (you know Photoshop® or Corel® etc) - the type that sees a perfectly respectable and "nice" photo and has to sit on their hands to keep from messing with it - you KNOW who you are. Well guess what? We are the same way here! We LOVE to mess around with photos and create, create, create, but frankly it got boring after while. I mean we were able to display what we did but we had a hard time finding raw materials to work with that w liked, not to mention that we were asked to create graphics for other sites because the webmasters didn't have the resources to do so themselves.

Then it hit us - we could both be creative AND offer a useful (in our eyes anyhow) service!

This is how RipAthena was born.

We are committed to providing graphics that are both eye catching and functional at the same time, for a wide variety of needs. This means Web Masters/Mistresses you no longer have to look for hours for a color scheme to suit your tastes - we have the ability and resources to do that for you. We are available to custom create graphics to your tastes if you don't see something that suits your needs already on these pages. We are doing this free of charge at this time, but would appreciate any referrals, references, etc that you would be able to provide.

This also means that those of you sitting on your hands, can get off of them now - we know that you've lost the feeling in them *weg* - you now have a site that is ASKING you to take from them to "play" to your heart's content - we only have one hard and fast rule (as well as a wish or two :P)

YOU MAY NOT USE ANY AND WE MEAN ANY OF THESE GRAPHICS IN ANY TYPE OF MONEY MAKING VENTURE!!

That doesn't seem too difficult to stick with right? Well you would be surprised. You would think that those who would be operating a commerce site would have the resources to make their own graphics, or commission someone to do it for them, but it doesn't always happen.

So please, PLEASE be an honest person and use these as they were intended, we would really appreciate it. Also, if you DO happen to use something from our 'warehouse, please drop us a line at ripathena@hotmail.com and let us know, so we can see where our orphan graphics have found a happy home. You are more than welcome to link back to us - we aren't going to turn away free PR either!
